Background

Bill Sloan has over 25+ years of experience with a core foundation in operations. While at EY-Parthenon, KPMG, and his own firm Sloan & Co, Bill’s responsibilities included the design and execution of operational diligence and improvement campaigns for both financial sponsor and corporate clients. Transaction oriented operational due diligence ranges from pre-sign buy and sell-side business separation (“carve-out”) and business combination (“synergy”) engagements, to sign-close and post-close program management office planning and execution efforts. Non-transaction value creation and business improvement work included programs to prioritize and execute EBITDA improvement initiatives. Much of Bill’s experience has been in an advisory capacity, but he has also held various operational leadership and technical positions within industry. In addition to consulting, Bill was an investment banking coverage officer for over a decade, most notably at UBS and Deutsche Bank. Bill’s experience spans a broad range of industries, which include Industrials, Consumer Products, Technology and Software, Business Services, Hospitality and Healthcare.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys coaching youth sports programs and currently lives in Connecticut with his two teenage sons.
