Managing Director Jordan Landreth leads financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for organizations and drives transformational finance performance improvement initiatives. He brings expertise in budgeting / forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, cash generation and forecasting, ERP / EPM modernization, operating model and organization design, offshoring, integrations, and separations.
Background
Jordan stands up and improves FP&A, accounting, and treasury operations as well as end-to-end processes like O2C, P2P, and R2R. His deep experience in financial modeling and implementation helps maximize benefits from growth and cost takeout initiatives.
Jordan brings over 18 years of finance transformation and M&A experience partnering with Finance, Commercial, IT, HR, Supply Chain, and Corporate Development to design and execute transformations and transactions that create business value. He is recognized for successful delivery of complex transformations, including rolling forecast implementation, cash flow generation, synergy modeling / capture, IPO readiness, and ERP value management office. Jordan is a three-time recipient of the Strategy and Transactions Vice Chair Award for outstanding client success and people impact.
